If the customer wishes to change the product, he has the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days with the cooperating Courier with TSAGKARADIKO EXPRESS, ELTA COURIER, code 145664. Specifically, the return to us with the indication ‘Recipient Charge’, with the above courier is free & as soon as we receive your parcel, the new product(s) will be sent, with a surcharge of 3.50 euros for Attica and 4.00 euros for the rest of Greece.
Return part or the entire order
If you wish to cancel part or the entire order after receiving the products, you can return them within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the estimated delivery date and your money will be credited for any new order.
* In case of return of an order (unclaimed or inadmissible) which has been paid upon its completion, the return costs will be deducted from the final amount of the credit.

For all returns it is necessary to contact TSAGKARADIKO EXPRESS in advance & include the product receipt in your package.
Returns of products are not accepted after the end of 14 (fourteen) calendar days.


In order to return the products, they must be in their original sealed packaging, and they must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged, along with all the accompanying documents.
If all the above conditions are met, TSAGKARADIKO EXPRESS is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. In case of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.

Defective products are those that have been damaged before the collection point or that have a manufacturing defect. Products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective.
All products with obvious manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product if available, otherwise the customer can choose any other item within 7 (seven) calendar days.
Upon return and new shipment of defective products, the customer is not charged any shipping costs.
If there is a difference in the price of the new item, the cost burdens the customer.
In case the reason for your return is due to a mistake of the company, the customer is not charged with any shipping costs.

* Shipping costs € 15.00 refer to shipments that do not exceed 2 kg. Each additional kilo is charged € 2.50.
